CAPITAL RAISING

D2 Private and Deirdre Foley are real estate investors in addition to acting as an asset, development and investment manager in originating, structuring, financing, developing and refurbishing real estate on behalf of third parties.

We are currently undertaking a capital raising initiative and we are therefore continually seeking to develop new and existing relationships with investors in real estate, procure third party mandates, and develop relationships with debt funding partners and joint venture partners.

In addition one of our goals is to build a D2 Private presence around the world. This could be achieved through partnering with existing businesses in these jurisdictions who wish to take advantage of our existing knowledge and platforms in London and Dublin to acquire real estate and real estate backed assets. It could also be achieved through the acquisition of other asset and investment managers.
